Are you our new Talent Acquisition Manager for The APAC?  


This is not an ordinary recruiting role, but an exciting opportunity to work at one of the fastest growing video conferencing companies in the world! We need the brightest recruiting minds to bring the best talents into the company.  


You will ideally have experience in seeing significant scaling and have experience in recruiting both technical roles and executive level opportunities, as well as some Human Resources experience.


 


ROLE DESCRIPTION: 


  • Partnering with Hiring Managers and Talent Development team to understand Pexip´s staffing/hiring needs and budgets 
  • Partnering with business leaders and Hiring Managers to assess talent requirements and provide advice on the best/recommended hiring strategy
  • Participate and develop the employer branding strategy in the APAC Region together with Talent Acquisition team and Marketing team 
  • Update job descriptions and advertise on the company´s career page, social media, job boards and universities etc. 
  • Source for candidates f. ex. by using LinkedIn  
  • Interview candidates (via video and in-person) 
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks 
  • Ensure successful (pre) on-boarding of new candidates: Bamboo, Active Directory, Extensis, new hire orientations, etc.
  • Continuously update and improve recruiting processes (e.g. job application, interviewing and on-boarding processes together with HQ) 
  • Participate in building the company´s professional network through relationships with recruitment agencies, colleagues, industry associations and universities 
  • Participate in job fairs, career fairs etc. 
  • Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talents 
  • Coordinate and Administer Employee Performance review process and annual compensation reviews 
  • Support and organizing internal training activities, performance management actions and organizing team building activities  
  • Other ad-hoc people administrative tasks (insurance, benefits, off-boarding, employment confirmations, etc.)  


As the company grows & evolves the responsibilities and daily tasks may change. 


REQUIREMENTS: 


  • 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition/staffing in-house or on the agency side  
  • 4 Year University/College degree preferably in Business/Human Resources 
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques  
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection/interview methods  
  • Hands-on experience with promoting openings through social media and digital tools  
  • Strong knowledge of the different Employment Laws within the APAC Region
