The Director of Investor and Public Relations will work directly with the CEO and CFO as well as other company executives to develop and implement Pexip’s investor relations strategy. The position will be responsible for managing external relationships and assuring strong and consistent communication with the investment community including current shareholders, prospective shareholders, and financial analysts covering the company.

 

The position will also support the development of the company’s strategy and be responsible for developing external communication material related to the strategy, such as the investor slide deck and the corporate website.

 

The position is also responsible for coordinating events such as investor events and management roadshows. The Director of Investor Relations will also assure that senior management is kept apprised on investor sentiment and provide the Board and management with updated information on Pexip shareholders and analyst projections.

 

Strong communication skills are necessary as well as solid analytical and business acumen and experience in the technology industry.

The position will work closely with the company CEO and CFO, in addition to other functions within Pexip.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with the investment community on behalf of Pexip and be proficient at communicating the company mission. Establish and maintain excellent relations with investors and analysts
  • Develop, implement and manage strategic investor relations plans and manage the activities
  • Develop analyses, presentation materials, releases and Q&A documents to support public disclosures
  • Develop key communication materials in collaboration with senior leadership in preparation of analyst events, presentations, road shows, earnings releases and other announcements
  • Manage Pexip’s investor communications via the website.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules between the investor community and senior management
  • Provide review and commentary on public filings including the annual report

 

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS required, MBA preferred
  • Experience in investor relations, corporate strategy, equity research, investment banking, finance or corporate communications
  • Experience with capital markets
  • Solid analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with project management
