Pexip is growing! We are in need of dynamic Regional Director to manage our Healthcare Team in Herndon, VA! 

 

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of identifying, hiring, training and incorporating into one team a wide variety of employees with different background and level of experience, ranging from Inside Sales, Customer Success as well as of consultative sales people of enterprise software, collaboration solutions, or high-tech to large organizations. You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have a broad and successful experience in strategic business development, being the Executive Sponsor towards our largest and/or most important partners and future partners as well as extensive experience developing business with our strategic partners, namely Microsoft and Google. Experience in running several sales teams as well as experience in administrative tasks given a large team is also an advantage.

 

You are passionate, content to take responsibility for your and your team’s actions and performance, and are a team player with strong integrity. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Some of the responsibilities of the position include:

  • Take ownership of the quota and in the future, P&L for the America's team
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the organization’s business and market share
  • Executive sponsor towards our most important partners
  • Executive sponsor towards our alliance partners
  • Executive sponsor towards our Key Accounts
  • Have input into and being able to execute on a wide range of tasks like Inside Sales, Customer Success, Channels and Marketing, ultimately with the goal of all the different teams moving forward in a coordinated manner.
  • Ensure that administration of the America's is according to local regulations
  • Coach the different Team leads
  • Learn, develop and implement new ways for Pexip to differentiate itself in the marketplace
  • Effectively forecast with a high level of predictability, quality, and accuracy for quarterly and annual planning
  • Work with and maintain necessary reports and processes in the company’s Salesforce CRM system
  • A fair amount of travel is expected (this will be tailored due to COVID19) 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Have extensive experience and proven track record of building and running a large organization, preferably within SaaS.
  • Demonstrate an ability to quickly form relationships as the role entails being Pexips Executive sponsor towards our most important partners and customers
  • Have extensive experience in working with Pexip’s alliance partners as well as an extensive network within those same alliance partners
  • Display strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills. You should be very comfortable presenting to groups of cross-functional executives. This position will regularly interact with C-level and other senior leadership.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing enterprise strategy and financials to leverage insights to develop effective growth strategies as part of an annual account plan.
  • Experience in working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams to aid in designing and implementing effective territory plans and customer business proposals.
