 We are looking for a Graphic Designer with video creation and editing experience to join our growing global marketing team. The designer will be based in Oslo, Norway and will report into the corporate marketing team but will work across all marketing functions in EMEA, APAC and the Americas.


We are looking for a designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. Responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements 
  • Testing graphics across various media
  • Ensuring graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Designing our Annual and Quarterly financial reports, brochures, white papers, infographics, graphics for presentations, trade show graphics, digital and print ads, social media graphics, and web graphics
  • Optimizing graphics and video content for social media platforms
  • Maintaining organized content files, and helping to organize and archive existing video and graphics files
  • Interest in and experience with photography and video filming & editing is a strong plus and would include creating short videos for marketing and branding campaigns 


Requirements include:

  • Proven design experience
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multitask quickly and efficiently
  • Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches
