We are looking for a passionate, high-performing Channel Sales Manager to drive partner enablement and sales growth.

What’s the opportunity?

Pexip is committed to our go-to-market model and sold 100% through our authorized Channel Partners. As Pexip continues to grow, we are looking to strengthen our Channel centric sales efforts with the addition of a Channel Sales Manager.

The Channel Sales Manager (CSM) will work within a team dedicated on driving profitable sales growth through our Partner community. The successful candidate will be the point of contact for assigned  Partners and commitment to sales growth, sales training, and executing sales & marketing plans.

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

Some of the responsibilities for the position include: 

  • Work closely within our authorized Channel Sales’ community to drive pipeline growth and sales
  • Oversee new Channel Partner on-boarding, including identifying and recruit new potential Channel Partners
  • Lead generation and pipeline creation in the form of web lead follow up, forging channel relationships, trade shows, and other activities
  • Develop existing channel partners through training sessions, QBR’s and other activities
  • Promote Pexip within our strategic alliance partners such as Microsoft and Google
  • Deliver customer presentations and orientation sessions
  • Communicate and work closely with the Pexip Sales team related to Channel driven opportunities

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position would possess:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience of driving Channel Sales. Ideally in Video, Collaboration, and/or SaaS market
  • Market understanding of Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, Zoom, BlueJeans, and other related players in the Collaboration landscape 
  • Highly motivated and passionate about sales with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong presentation skills 
  • Ability to juggle a variety of complicated tasks, and be comfortable working independently as well in teams
  • Ability to rely on experience and sound judgement to plan and accomplish goals  
  • Extensive experience in training channel partners, working with partners to build product pipeline
  • Experience in presenting content/presentations via web or video conferencing
  • Display strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
