We are looking for a passionate, high-performing Channel Sales Representative to drive partner enablement and sales growth located in Central Canada. Ideal candidate will be located in Toronto, Canada.

Pexip is committed to our go-to-market model and sold 100% through our authorized Channel Partners. As Pexip continues to grow, we are looking to strengthen our Channel centric sales efforts with the addition of a Channel Sales Representative.

The Channel Sales Representative (CSR) will work within a team dedicated on driving profitable sales growth through our Partner community. The successful candidate will be the point of contact for assigned Partners and commitment to sales growth, sales training, and executing sales & marketing plans.


Role and Responsibilities:


Some of the responsibilities for the position include: 


  • Work closely within our authorized Channel Sales’ community as the Pexip SME
  • Co-sell with Channel to close business and drive pipeline growth
  • Conduct sales trainings with Channel organizations
  • Conduct QBRs with assigned Channel partners
  • Monthly/Quarterly reporting on Sales KPI’s
  • Communicate and work closely with the Pexip Sales team related to Channel driven opportunities
  • Address Customer Service issues raised by the Channel
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the Director of Channel Sales
  • Oversee new Channel Partner on-boarding
  • Identify and recruit new potential Channel Partners
  • Implement marketing plans set out by the Pexip Channel marketing team
  • Able to effectively prioritize tasks based on urgency, impact, and customer need 
  • Conduct and maintain competitive research and knowledge around the Unified Communications and Collaboration market 


Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position would possess:


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent in French and English 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience of driving Channel Sales. Ideally in Video, Collaboration, and/or SaaS market
  • Market understanding of Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, Zoom, BlueJeans, and other related partners/competitors in the Collaboration landscape
  • Highly motivated and passionate about sales with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong presentation skills 
  • Ability to juggle a variety of complicated tasks, and be comfortable working independently with remote support 
  • Ability to rely on experience and sound judgement to plan and accomplish goals
  • Display strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
