The video conferencing space is evolving rapidly with Pexip as a technology leader. Pexip is looking for a Global Compensation & Benefits Manager, to help us build on our success.

 

The ideal candidate has international experience and is familiar working with compensation & benefits in both small and large companies in a global environment and cross borders. The right candidate must have experience with similar tasks and enjoy the combination of strategic and operational work. The role will be in the cross functional HR and Finance.

 

The candidate will be based in Oslo and some travel is expected.

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

Some of the responsibilities of the position include:

  • Overall responsible for developing a global compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Operationally responsible for compensation management and management of employee benefits.
  • Responsible for understanding local and global market development, compensation competitiveness and developing recommendations.
  • Formulating and implementing policies and practices globally.
  • Ensuring World Class global service delivery of benefits across the company.
  • Providing analytical and technical support for the delivery of the company’s compensation and benefit programs.
  • Creating and maintaining compensation model and systems.
  • Coordinating benefit setup, deduction and compliance reporting issues with Information Systems, Human Resources, and payroll.
  • Identifying and developing relationships with external partners.

 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement compensation and benefits processes, procedures and policies.
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data, and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries.
  • Display strong analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and present to executive management and the company as a whole.

 

Experience:

  • Master of Business, Finance, MBA or similar.
  • 7-10 years’ experience working within the field.
  • Experience in a global environment and cross-border.
  • Experience from both smaller and larger enterprises is a plus.
