We are looking for a highly motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Manager to join our Sales Team in APAC. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new opportunities, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. You’ll also need to work with people across marketing, partner and finance to develop and deliver customer offers.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with high activity which includes qualifying, following up and closing inbound leads, working closely with channel partners and actively generating and closing new prospects through outbound activities.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career to influence the direction of the inside channel within APAC region as Pexip scales its business in the region. This role will be based in Singapore and requires fluency, both in English and another Asian language.


Responsibilities

  • Follow up and handle inbound leads through online web sales and marketing channels in APAC
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
  • Maintain and expand pipeline of prospects
  • Perform effective video demos to prospects


Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in SaaS and/or Collaboration software sales, with a proven track record of over-achieving quota
  • Ability to work with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Strong interpersonal communication and written skills in English with other Asian languages.
  • Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
  • Able to grasp new technology and communicate value to prospective customers
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Humble and willing to always learn
