We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Sales Administrator.

The workplace will be from our headquarter in Oslo, Norway, or our regional office in Düsseldorf, Germany.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be part of the Pexip Sales Administrator Team and work alongside the Regional Sales Team in line with the Regional VP of Sales and local Country Managers.


Responsibilities:

  • Ability to assist with the day to day administration of sales operation. Including maintaining CRM (Salesforce.com) and other related tools.
  • Managing, maintaining and training sales processes adhering with the broader Regional Commercial Team.
  • Working with Sales Leaders to create and maintain forecasting models and data.
  • Creating and maintaining best practices, operational workflow diagrams, and communicate with Regional Commercial Team.
  • Collaborating with various representatives of the Sales-, Channels-, Marketing-, Business Operations- and Management team to drive operational decisions and improvements in sales processes and translate those processes into a practical and scalable fundament.

  • Ability to work remotely whilst maintaining focus.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills in English and German (French or Dutch is a bonus).
  • Able to grasp and understand sales strategies, process requirements to ensure local execution and business impact.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from planning through to execution.
  • Strong attention to details and superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectivity
  • Sales Administration/Operations experience desired.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce.com is a bonus.
