We’re looking for a Localization Project Manager to coordinate the localization of our products, technical documentation and marketing materials. This role will lead the coordination with our localization vendors and work closely with internal subject-matter experts, employees and internal stakeholders.

This position requires a high degree of collaboration between teams and will be the central point of contact, ensuring our localization projects remain on time and budget. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, review, and prioritize requests for translation among internal teams including product, documentation and marketing. 
  • Act as the main point of contact for our localization agencies and resources 
  • Effectively communicate with partners and vendors and adapt localization projects based on feedback
  • Coordinate QA after implementation within the CMS systems including links and CTA buttons to ensure a smooth customer experience. 
  • Manage scope and risk management to keep translation projects on track
  • Localization and management of the subtitles for our company video assets

Qualifications & Personal Attributes:

  • Ability to multitask and context-switch to interface with project team members across the organization
  • Technologically-minded and comfortable learning new platforms, software, and tools
  • Detail-oriented and organization-savvy with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding and experience with scope and risk management
  • Experience working in global teams
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and MadCap Lingo would be an advantage
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
