We are looking for talented engineers to join our infrastructure team in Singapore.

Joining the video platform team, you will help maintain the availability, performance, monitoring, and incident response of our real-time media service platform.

We are looking for individuals with a strong desire to impact the video collaboration industry to help the availability, performance, monitoring, and incident response of our global service.


  • Operate our globally distributed media platform at a massive scale
  • Monitor and improve the performance, reliability and scalability of the platform
  • Develop processes, tools, automation, and software changes to address top operational issues
  • Design solutions to complex operational or reliability challenges

Candidate Qualifications

  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
  • Deep understanding in networking and network troubleshooting
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware, KVM/Xen, Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Experience operating production software on IaaS platforms
  • Experience with Linux based environments

Not required but definite bonuses

  • Experience building and deploying software on IaaS platforms
  • Experience with Go and/or Python
  • Good understanding of real-time media transport protocols
  • Experience with Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, Zoom, Bluejeans, and other related partners/competitors in the visual collaboration landscape
  • Familiarity with SIP and WebRTC

Earlier this year we have reached a million minutes of video conferencing going through the Pexip platform every hour. That's video and audio being decoded, mixed and encoded in real time on more than 4,000 virtual machines all around the world.
