Pexip is looking for a Public Sector Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and help fuel the sales pipeline in the Americas. Working closely with the public sector sales team, this person will develop, execute, and measure the success of marketing activities. This position will report to the Director of Marketing, Americas, and be an integral part of the global marketing team.

The ideal candidate has proven success owning B2G marketing campaigns from start to finish, managing relationships with internal and external clients, and creating engaging content. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales leadership to develop creative, integrated campaigns to reach buyers in the federal, state and local government, and healthcare markets
  • Help sales reach prospects through account-based marketing, email campaigns, social media, paid media, and digital marketing tactics
  • Support the planning, promotion, on-site presence, and lead follow-up process around public sector events in the field
  • Work closely with digital marketing team on brand awareness and pipeline-generating activities
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and marketing to ensure that messaging and campaigns meet public sector needs and unique mandates
  • Develop content including landing pages, emails, flyers, social media posts, and videos
  • Set and measure KPIs to track the performance of campaigns and adjust, as needed
  • Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to reach prospects

Required Qualifications: 

  • Government marketing experience
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Proactive self-starter who can find and take on new projects that support team goals
  • Well organized with great attention to detail
  • Effective communicator - both verbal and written - with strong interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications: 

  • 5-8 years of experience preferred
  • Experience with a marketing automation tool such as Hubspot is a plus
