Pexip is recognized as a world leading player in the space of ultra-secure meetings, boasting an outstanding set of customers including the US Department of Defense and many others. To ensure we maximize our pipeline and eventually market share in this space, it is essential that there is one person who will a) develop great sales enablement materials and stories to empower our sales teams to deliver results, b) be aware of the specific feature requests this demanding customer set have, and priorities the most important for development, owning the  roadmap together with the principal engineer, c) tracks results and adapts strategy as needed  and d) brings together interested parties within Pexip to form a learning community.

 

Separately and in addition, overseeing Strategic Programs, you will have the opportunity to impact the execution and success of critical business areas as we develop our company and this industry further. Pexip's technology impacts the work and lives of thousands of users worldwide across healthcare, government, and finance/retail. You will be responsible for projects from an early concept stage, ensuring progression and risk reduction. Furthermore, be accountable for completing assignments, timelines, tracking scope, and monitoring budget/resources allocated. This responsibility ensures you take ownership and work with key stakeholders across the company. The Project Manager will prepare reports for the Leadership Team and be the overall lead of specific programs. The role offers a unique opportunity to work globally across several industries, filling your days with exciting possibilities.


The SVP for Business Management will be your central point of contact, and you will be part of the Business Management team.

 

Role requirements:

  • Experience in product marketing, product management or proposition management.
  • A Master’s degree in relevant subjects.
  • Familiar and very comfortable with a variety of project management concepts, practices, and procedures. 
  • Fluency in English, oral and written.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Used to setting and assessing quantitive and qualitative goals.
  • Strong skills in prioritization and goal setting.
  • A creative mindset with a high level of organization and structure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and inspire colleagues from throughout the business.
  • A willingness to work in a supportive and friendly way with colleagues, work along the axes of freedom and responsibility and demonstrate honesty and straightforwardness.
