Pexip is looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to accelerate our go-to-market activities with channel partners and support the channel sales team. Pexip is sold 100% through authorized channel partners, and as we continue to grow, this person will play a key role in driving our joint success.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Partner Marketing Specialist will work closely with partners and Pexip colleagues in the Channels and Global Marketing teams to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and branding initiatives in the Americas region. 

The applicant is ideally located in Austin, TX but qualified applicants outside of the area will be considered for a remote work opportunity. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute quarterly marketing plans with channel partners to generate demand and meet sales pipeline objectives
  • Develop and roll out new joint marketing campaigns for channel partners based on industry trends, customer feedback, and corporate marketing initiatives
  • Create content including cobranded product sheets, email templates, and social media posts and manage content, as needed, to support partner programs 
  • Build landing pages, forms, workflows, and email sequences using Hubspot 
  • Manage Pexip’s PRM tool Allbound, training partners as needed and keeping content up-to-date 
  • Create and distribute monthly partner newsletters and other partner communications in the Americas
  • Work with individual Channel Sales Managers to support their go-to-market plans and drive success with their respective partners
  • Work with the Americas Field Marketing Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute successful partner meetings and summits (virtual and in-person)
  • Allocate and manage joint partner marketing funds
  • Set KPIs, measure the impact of activities, and report results to channel partners and Pexip sales and channel leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Proven success juggling multiple projects and managing tight deadlines
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
  • The ability to ‘own’ and influence the situation and key meetings, being the subject matter expert, and driving the plan to completion
  • Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethic
  • Proactive self-starter and solution finder who can find and take on new projects that support team and partner marketing goals 
  • Strong team player 
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with the channel model and knowledge of inbound and account-based marketing is a plus
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent degree
