We are looking for a passionate, high-performing Field Marketing Specialist to join the team.

Pexip participates in a number of events throughout the year and has ambition to host more of our own. These events range from industry trade shows to one-day workshops with partners, and are a key piece of our strategy to engage IT leaders in the enterprise, federal, and healthcare markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the success of events to help drive awareness and demand for Pexip solutions across North America. If you are meticulous about details, thrive on deadlines, have an eye for quality, like trying new and creative ideas, and love working with others to achieve a common goal, you will thrive in this position.
Role and Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities for the position include:
Work closely with Pexip sales, marketing, and channels teams to plan and execute events including trade shows, roadshows, open houses, workshops, webinars, user conferences and other events in the Americas region
Collaborate with technology partners like Microsoft and Google, channel reseller partners, and other ecosystem partners to cohost events
Lead all aspects of event execution before, during, and after events including coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing budgets, promoting event, managing logistics, providing onsite support as needed, coordinating follow-up, and reporting on key metrics.
Ensure leads are uploaded to CRM system in a timely fashion, assigned to sales, and followed up on, and monitor lead conversion progress.
Manage external relationships (partners, vendors, venues, agencies, etc.) effectively to achieve maximum impact from events
Other duties as assigned to support North America demand generation initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years’ relevant experience in B2B marketing/event management role
Strong communicator with a proven track record working with various internal and external stakeholders
Ability to initiate and execute multiple field events simultaneously
Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience working in a channel go-to-market model
A considerable amount of travel with be required
