The EMEA Marketing Manager role will be part of the Global Marketing Team and work closely with the channels and sales teams in the EMEA region. The role is solely focused on B2B marketing.
A main focus areas for the EMEA Marketing Manager will be to develop and lead joint marketing activities in coordination with the Pexip Channels Team and a defined group of go-to channel partners. Channel partners are at the heart of the Pexip go-to-market model and their success contributes directly to our success.
The EMEA Marketing Manager will also have primary responsibility for Pexip’s presence at 3 - 5 major industry trade shows in the region each year. Event responsibilities include planning, logistics, internal and external communication, lead capture and reporting.
The EMEA Marketing Manager will contribute to integrated campaigns and roll them out in key regions in conjunction with local teams.
Ability and excitement to travel throughout the EMEA region is important.
Responsibilities
Development of quarterly marketing plans with key strategic channel partners across EMEA in cooperation with the Pexip Channels Team
Development and delivery of demand generation campaigns to meet channel-driven goals and the marketing lead pipeline objectives
Own the process of engaging with and communicating new campaigns to the partners
Responsibility for maintaining and building out the Pexip partner brand portal
Creation and distribution of monthly partner newsletters and other partner communication as appropriate
Coordination of relevant Pexip partner meetings and summits
Responsible for allocating and managing joint partner marketing funds
Involvement in choosing, implementing and managing the marketing modules in a PRM tool
Responsibility for key EMEA trade shows including all aspects of event execution before, during, and after events including coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing budgets, promoting event, managing logistics, providing onsite support as needed, coordinating follow-up, and reporting on key metrics.
Key Skills & Experience
3 - 5 years of B2B marketing experience
Experience working with channel marketing is a plus
The ability to ‘own’ and influence the situation and key meetings, being the subject matter expert, and driving the plan to completion
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethic
Proactive self-starter, solution finder to find and take on new projects that support team and channel marketing goals
Well organised with great attention to detail
Effective communicator - both verbal and written - with strong interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, written and spoken, preferably mother tongue
European language skills beyond English are a plus
Ability to travel up to 25%
