The ideal candidate will contribute to and help execute Pexip’s marketing strategy in support of the company growth objectives. This position will work together with the global marketing team to effectively target and convert our B2B targeted accounts as well as ensure complete inbound lead tracking and follow-up.
The position will be the owner of our marketing CRM and the candidate should be comfortable with processes including email automation, workflow creation and performance tracking. The role will also contribute to web and campaign content aimed at a B2B enterprise audience. Collaboration with and support of internal teams such as Inside Sales, Enterprise Sales and Product Management should be expected.
The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background with excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail and an enthusiasm for process improvement.
Administrate the company’s Marketing CRM (HubSpot)
Contribute to the development and delivery of demand generation campaign assets such as landing pages and emails to meet team goals and sales lead objectives
Monitor web page performance, suggest and implement performance improvements
Support the Inside Sales team with automated lead qualification processes and optimizations
Contribute to regular external product communication initiatives
Cooperate with the Customer Satisfaction Team in the creation of user-facing content
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years' experience in B2B marketing
Ability to multi-task
Fluent English (spoken and written), additional languages a plus
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Familiarity with web publishing and optimization
Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
Experience with design and video tools is a plus
Proactive self-starter, solution finder to find and take on new projects that support company and marketing goals
