The ideal candidate will contribute to and help execute Pexip’s marketing strategy in support of the company growth objectives. This position will work together with the global marketing team to help plan and execute our digital customer acquisition strategy.
Design, manage and implement digital acquisition marketing campaigns to ensure that objectives are met
Manage and optimize monthly marketing spend
Analyze and report campaign effectiveness
Launch and optimize campaigns to deliver against KPIs such as cost per conversion and awareness
Manage international campaigns to achieve local targets including coordinating translation, campaign set-up, reporting and keyword research
Provide recommendations for new approaches and platforms to fuel customer acquisition growth at given conversion targets
Maintain platform relationships and knowledge to ensure we’re using the platforms and features in the most beneficial manner
Manage profiles and user acquisition campaigns through customer referral websites
Provide SEO input to marketing content authors
Contribute to web optimization
2+ years' experience in digital performance marketing
Fluent English (spoken and written), additional languages a plus
Planning and project management skills
Deep familiarity with Google AdWords, LinkedIn Advertising and Microsoft Advertising
Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
Basic Photoshop and HTML knowledge
Proactive self-starter, solution finder to find and take on new projects that support team and company goals
Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethic
